Amanda Waller made her first cartoon appearance in the season 1 episode Welcome to Super Hero High. She is voiced by Yvette Nicole Brown in the English version of the cartoon.

Season one[]

In Welcome to Super Hero High, Principal Waller introduces Super Hero High School for a promotional video in the school, greeting the students in several languages including Tamaranean and describing the school's curriculum and ideology before welcoming the viewer to Super Hero High.[1][2] In All About Super Hero High, she narrates the previous episode as it is being played on Wonder Woman Wonder Woman's phone before welcoming her to the school as she first arrives, receiving her shield. She introduces her to Bumblebee, the ambassador to new students and tells her that Wonder Woman is a "one of a kind catch" for the school.[2]

In Hero of the Month: Poison Ivy, she announces Poison Ivy as Hero of the Month.[3] In Designing Disaster, she chastises Wonder Woman in front of the school in front of a crowd of other students on her poor performance during a Save the Day drill.[4] In Weaponomics, Mr. Fox mentions that he ate Principal Waller's yogurt from the faculty fridge after getting entangled by Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth. In Clubbing, she informs Poison Ivy that despite her great academics, she needs to join a club for her social activities requirements. She later appears at a stand at the school clubs fair. Starfire also reminds Miss Martian that Principal Waller won't sign off her extracurricular hours if she stays invisible.[5]

In Hero of the Month: Bumblebee, she announces Bumblebee as the Hero of the Month. After explaining why, she gets startled when Bumblebee shows up next to her.[6] In Saving the Day, She informs Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, Bumblebee, and Harley Quinn that Lucius Fox's invisible jetpack got stuck on the amethyst on top of the school, triggering the Save the Day alarm. She watches them save him, and upon hearing Cheetah's guilty admissions after getting ensnared by the Lasso of Truth, she gives her detention.[7]

In Hero of the Month: Wonder Woman, she announces Wonder Woman as the next Hero of the Month, and mentions that she broke the school's all-time saving record. She also appears in archive footage from "All About Super Hero High" during Wonder Woman's first arrival at the school.[8]

Season two[]

In New Beginnings, Principal Waller gives Wonder Woman her first assignment as the New Student Ambassador, being to recruit Supergirl to Super Hero High. She later congratulates Wonder Woman at the surprise party in her dorm for defeating her first villain.[9]

In Hero of the Month: Supergirl, she announces Supergirl as Hero of the Month.[10] In Hero of the Month: Harley Quinn, she awards Harley Quinn as Hero of the Month. She also appears in archive footage from "Saving the Day" watching Harley Quinn save Mr. Fox from a fall with a giant whoopie cushion.[11] In Hero of the Month: Batgirl, Principle Waller announces Batgirl as Hero of the Month.[12] In Hero of the Month: Katana Amanda announces Katana as the next Hero of the Month.[13]

In Hero of the Month: Frost, she announces Frost as Hero of the Month.[14] In The Cheetah Who Cried Wolf, Waller appears on a TV screen in the school cafeteria ending Frost's Hero of the Month VT, from "Hero of the Month: Frost".[15]

In The Blunder Games, she appears on a TV screen in a helicopter giving instructions to students for their advanced survival skills final. Later she appears at the designated recon spot to complete the mission and tells Batgirl that she has passed when she arrives.[16]

In Hero of the Month: Hawkgirl, she announces Hawkgirl as Hero of the Month, who gives her a demerit for talking in the library. She then supposes that "the rules apply to everyone". She also mentions that Hawkgirl maintains peace and justice as a member of the Junior Detectives Society of Metropolis.[17]

In Hero of the Month: Star Sapphire she announces Star Sapphire as the Hero of the Month.[18] In Hero of the Month: Cyborg and Starfire Principle Waller announces Cyborg and Starfire as the Heroes of the Month in the school's first double Hero of the Month for their teamwork in defeating Trigon and talking about them for their Hero of the Month VT.[19]

In The Odd Couple, Lady Shiva mentions disappointedly that Principal Waller assigned her with Harley Quinn as partners for advanced stakeout class. In Hero of the Month: Lady Shiva, she announces Lady Shiva as Hero of the Month. In Hero of the Month: Beast Boy, she announces Beast Boy as Hero of the Month.

Season three[]

In Seeing Red, Starfire sees Principal Waller argues with Vice Principal Grodd over the latter's desire for a vacation day, which he asked for three months ago, due to the activities of a red, anger-inducing Kryptomite roaming the school. Waller flips him and denies, saying she may have understood him if he enunciated. After Starfire defeats it, Waller and Grodd reconcile, and Waller lets Grodd have Friday off and also Monday. In Spring Prison Break, Frost gives her Spring Break report in which she mentions being part of Principal Waller's Task Force X class with Katana staking out Belle Reve Penitentiary while Waller's voice informs them of Lashina's plans to break the Female Furies out of Belle Reve. After they thwart the plans with Big Barda's help, Frost mentions that they told Waller of Barda's help, allowing her to become a student at Super Hero High.

In For Art's Sake, she hosts the Super Hero High Student Art Show Fundraiser and welcomes Silver St. Cloud who allowed the school to display one of her works from her gallery. After the painting is revealed to have been stolen by the Double Dare Twins, she throws away the kryptomite Aliki throws at Supergirl and commands for someone to stop them. In Body Electric, Waller and Grodd appear onstage for the medal ceremony for Thunder and Lightning for restoring power to Metropolis during a blackout.

In Techless Tuesday, Mrs. Clayface disguised as Principal Waller confiscates the many gadgets in Batgirl's locker, much to her chagrin, telling her they will be returned when the school determines that she has completed the right paperwork for each one before walking away. When the real Waller walks up to her and asks why she looks so glum, Batgirl realizes that realizes that her gadgets were stolen before abruptly running away, prompting Waller to grumble "Teenagers". In It's a Superful Life, she attends the SHHS Winter Holiday Tree Ceremony in the SHHS foyer and wishes Happy Holidays to the students attending.

Season four[]

In Ring Me Maybe Part 4, Principal Waller offers Jessica Cruz admission to Super Hero High School, saying she would be a one-of-a-kind catch for the school. Jessica Cruz accepts and shakes her hand. In Gone to the Dogs Part 2, Catwoman implores Batgirl and Supergirl not to tell Principal Waller that she has been keeping a cat in violation of the school's no pets policy. She later appears at the recently burglarized Eclipso Jewels, consoling Batgirl and Supergirl after they admit to failing to find the perpetrator. After Krypto and Ace find stolen jewelry, including the ruby stolen from Eclipso Jewels, she lifts the no pets rule, saying that pets are heroes too and that the school welcomes all heroes.

In Ha-Ha Horticulture, she gets put to sleep along with the rest of Super Hero High School due to he effects of Poison Ivy's sleeping poppy experiment. Harley and Ivy use pollen to wake up the school; when they wake up Waller in her office, she asks what is going on. Ivy responds "Nothing, it was just a dream". She then looks out her window and sees the destroyed windows of the greenhouse, and suspects Ivy.

In Truth of the Lasso Part 4, she and Grodd appear in her office as Wonder Woman convinces her to let the Cheetah stay at Super Hero High School, despite trying to steal her Lasso of Truth, kidnapping her and provoking Giganta. She suggests that the school can influence her to choose the right path. Now aware of her villainous leanings, she announces that she will not take her eyes off of her. Later, she appears in a hologram on a drone reminding the Cheetah that she missed a spot as she is punished to do janitorial work in front of the school.

In Nevermore Part 2, she appears at Super Hero High as the students bring citizens of Metropolis to the school as volcanic craters erupt in Metropolis. She orders Supergirl to sector seven and is introduced to Raven, asking her if she finally received her recruitment letter to Super Hero High. Raven tells her that her father, Trigon did not allow her to go, and that she created the craters with her evil magic powers she inherited from her equally evil father. Waller tells her that she believes she is different from her father and that she seems like a good kid. In Nevermore Part 3, she orders the students to their stations when Trigon attacks the school.

In Fly By Night, she appears having an ice cream sundae in the school cafeteria after curfew as Hawkgirl, Wonder Woman and Bumblebee enter the cafeteria after curfew to retrieve Wonder Woman and Bumblebee's Phys Ed project. She promises them that just this once, she will not tell Grodd that they broke curfew.

Season five[]

In Mood Ring, Principal Waller and Vice Principal Grodd are hit with the violet love element from Star Sapphire's broken power ring while walking in the school hallway. As Star Sapphire asks them for help to recover the emotional elements from her ring, they dance together in love, much to Star Sapphire's disgust. After Star Sapphire matches them with Supergirl, affected by the red rage element, they return to normal and look at each other awkwardly.

In My New Best Friend, Catwoman and an amnesic Batgirl steal Principal Waller's laptop and Catwoman asks her to decrypt it. After Batgirl's memories are restored, she arrests Catwoman and the laptop is presumably returned. In The Wobble, she appears as one of the judges for a gymnastics practice event in the school gym. She and the other judges are attacked and pinned to the wall by Bleez as she seeks revenge for getting banned during a prior gymnastics meet with Korugar Academy due to her disappointment with the judges' scores. After Bleez is subdued and defeated, she admits that she is not angry at the judges but at herself for making a mistake.

In the first part of Fortress of Solidarity, she exits an elevator to the Super Hero High School foyer during the school's Winter Holiday Tree ceremony and tells the attendees to gather round before talking to Cyborg. She later lights the tree.
