Fresh Ares Part 2 is the nineteenth webisode of Season 3 of the DC Super Hero Girls webseries.
Summary[]
Carrying on from the previous webisode, a giant Ares stomps past Capes and Cowls Cafe, announcing himself as Ares; the God of War and proclaiming that he'd destroy Metropolis. As he stomps through the city he causes cars to flip and the citizens to run. Back at the Super Hero High, Batgirl, Bumblebee, Supergirl and Wonder Woman are confronting Harley.
Harley expresses her annoyance at Catwoman, having falsely been tricked into arriving for an audition, just before a Save-The-Day Alarm goes off. Wonder Woman realizes the alert was about Ares, as the girls head off, with Batgirl heading off to get her mobile headquarters. In Batgirl's Bat-cave, she's busy rounding up equipment, just as Flash arrives, notifying her that he'd heard the Save the Day alarm, before quickly asking her what he should do. Batgirl begins to explain, but is cut off by Ares' stomping over top the HQ.Batgirl then orders Flash to save whatever he could, as the pair quickly round up equipment and hop into Batgirl's mobile headquarters, racing off just as the Bat-Cave collapses. Batgirl attempts to drive through the gap in Ares' legs, as he attempts to stop them. Flash then asks Barbara what had happened to her Bat-jet, with her revealing it was in the shop, due to the Clayface incident. In the air Wonder Woman rallies the flying superheroes with her, with Batgirl picking up the rest of the students.
Just as Ares attempts to smash an office block, Wonder Woman flies in front of him expressing that he had once believed in peace. However Ares exclaims that would never be the case and that war was the natural order of the world, as he begins attacking Wonder Woman, using a TV tower to send her flying. The other superheroes then move in, with Supergirl attempting to push back Ares' TV tower, before getting batted back into a nearby building.
Frost quickly attempts to freeze the falling building in place, as Flash rescues the citizens from the building. Out by Capes and Cowls, Ivy uses her plants to try and trip Ares over, however it doesn't work as Ares knocks back Hawkgirl. Frost then attempts to freeze Ares in place, but Ares just uses his fire-balls to melt her. In the Mobile Bat-HQ, Oracle and Batgirl manage to pinpoint Ares' weaknesses, with Batgirl then telling Starfire and Bumblebee to blast the lightning rod Ares was holding. The two girls then comply and electrocute Ares, as Wonder Woman raps her Lasso of Truth around Ares' leg, with Harley then fires the Bat-Tarpon and doing the same.
Beast Boy then runs up to Ares and morphs into a whale in mid-air, knocking Ares in the back of the head, knocking him over as the other heroes fly in to deliver their blows, before he collapses. The superheroes then cheer in victory.
